A platform that offers users a free mobile application that facilitate all aspects of planning and booking for a night out with friends. And offers business owners a simplified approach to operations management, one that saves time and greatly reduces the risk of error in booking, accounting and event organization.
As a Co-Founder, part of my responsibilities was handling day to day business and management decisions
Lead the product development by conducting workshops with clients, working on ground alongside events staff and using quantitative and qualitative data
I designed the UI, and prototyped the whole platform
Design a user-friendly mobile app that will disrupt the way people go out and a manager web app that will drastically improve the way venues operate.
Managers have to constantly manage reservations, ticketing, guest lists, and promoters before their events. Venues have to regularly operate on 5 different doors each checking in around 300 different guests an hour simultaneously
Users generally don't want to try new apps especially if they are not well established.
Managers in the nightlife industry have not used Data to run or optimize their operations. They were very reluctant to give up their old ways of working
The TableHost Platform is used to run the operations of venues and is used by users to manage all aspects of their night out. TableHost managed to cater a tailor-made experience to all of its users.
A wide range of individuals from the casual to the regular nightlife seeker, with drastically different taste in both music and ambiance. They are all looking to tailor their nightlife experience to their own unique preferences
Managers and CRM's who are responsible for running all kinds of operations, keeping up with their customers and staff, as well as work on improving their strategies to keep up with the never ending changes in the nightlife industry
Responsible for getting people excited for upcoming events, their focus is getting as many people through the venues doors.
The lifeblood of any venue, they are crucial at executing operations during the evening. Their roles can range from door selector, to head waiter, to POS cashier. Once they work in harmony the venue runs extremely smoothly
We are analyzing the TableHost competitors in Lebanon and the UAE. We have no direct competitors since we are the first to have a product with a full suite of features. However competitors do exist when we look at our features on an individual levels.
TableHost was built from the ground up, to collect and analyze data. Our reports were eye opening for venues who started taking data based strategic desion, which saw an increase in revenue of on average 30%.After a period of around 3 months we were successful at predicting revenues and attendance with a margin of error of less then 2%
The Data alongside multiple workshops helped us validate and come up with new solutions, to improve the experience of clients and users alike
The UI was built with an atomic design system, to make sure the overall design was consistent and to make development much more efficient
TableHost is a mobile app for users to discover new venues or events happening next to them, reserve their tables or purchase their tickets, manage their reservations or guest lists and socialize with their friends
Throughout the Application, i followed a philosophy of one action per page, to guide the user. The onboarding process is a good demonstration to see that each page holds a piece to complete the sign up process and holds a clear explanation on what the user should do to complete the step and proceed to the next one.
Finding out where to go out was a pain for users, to solve that we integrated an AI to recommend new venues and events to users based on their preferences. We encouraged user to connect their music app (Spotify or apple music), to notify users when their favorites artists are playing in their town.
Reserving tables and purchasing tickets have always been a major pain for users. Tablehost was designed to guide a user from selecting the event they wish to attend, selecting the table or ticket they wish to purchase, adding the friends that would be attending with them, and lastly having the option of selecting guests to split the payment with.
I designed the TableHost app to simplify the user's experience during events. Check-ins were as simple as getting the user to scan their QR code. Users can invite their friends to their tables or as their +1 on the guest list from the mobile app, they can also stay updated on their status in real time.
A fully responsive Web Application. The TableHost manager application was built to handle all the operation of venues and use data to help them take better decisions using data analytics.
TableHost was designed with data collection and visualization at its core, to better help managers take strategic business decisions and run operations. Visualizing Data is only part of the equation, i have designed the dashboard to display the major KPI's at the top, and to display trends like how many times a client is attending compared to other clients. This helps manager better quantify his clients.
The Floor plan was designed to be intuitive, the manager would set it up by dragging and dropping tables. Tables change colors depending on their status allowing managers to get a better overview of what is happening on the floor. Clicking tables would show all possible actions to be taken. This approach allowed managers to immediately start working on the floor plan and reduced queue times at the door by around 40%.

Venues regularly check-in 5000 guests per night, across more than 5 doors, each handling a different operation, with the busiest line processing 300 guests every 30 minutes during peak times. I designed the check-in with speed and efficiency in mind. Guests added their friends on tables or guest list before the event, allowing managers to screen and filter the list before the event started reducing the load on the door selectors. During the event most guests were checked-in by QR code, if the guest did not have the user app it was a matter of a quick search. For walk-ins, i designed the screen with massive buttons on each side to allow the selector to check-in the guest without wasting time looking at the display.
