Audit the current website for MENA

Define improvements for specific features and the overall user experience

Execute the short term strategies by building flows, designing and prototyping the new features and improvements

Design a user-friendly mobile app that will disrupt the way people go out and a manager web app that will drastically improve the way venues operate.

Unique problems to solve

Increase conversion rates

The biggest drop off on the current website was on the account and billing pages. Reworking the checkout and register flows were a priority

Getting people to creating an engaging informative section for local markets adopt the platform

Markets were limited with access to the website since it is managed by PMI global. An engaging solution had to be implemented where all local content would be condensed to a single section.

Target audience

This project will mainly target Smokers that are looking for combustable cigaret alternatives and ultimately make a purchase. And engage with IQOS users to get them to do recurring purchases

Legal age smoker

Legal age cigarette users that are looking to transition from combustable cigarettes. They are typically like to get informed online and have a preference for using e-commerce

We reworked content and reduced repetitive sections to push conversion.The homepage will recommend different content to users depending on whether they are new users, logged in or made their first purchase

Straight forward signup

The biggest drop off of users during the checkout process was at the sign up stage, as it was too long and cumbersome. We reduced the process to 2 steps, while only capturing the necessary information

Complete purchase journey

We simplified the purchase journey by adding a top slider to easily select the category, we added a re-order section for repetitive items such as HEETS. We overhauled the PDP by sticking the color and add to bag buttons at the bottom for easy access

Configurator

Most users like to customize their device and make it unique to them. By creating a configurator we were encouraging the users to build the devices they wanted from the ground up. From a business perspective this would increase the purchase the sale of accessories
