CCI is one of the key bottlers in Coca-Cola System. CCI produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) across Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Iraq, Syria and Tajikistan

Objectives

Strategizing a minimum viable product (MVP) to test the desirability of the marketplace solution. This MVP will be in wireframes format in order to identify desirability and usability issues with the buyers.

Unique problems to solve

Get customers to adopt a fully digital marketplace

A big challenge, was to convince buyers to switch their tried-and-tested ways of doing business  and transition to a digital platform

A B2B solutions with a B2C approach

We had to use a b2c approach with very common B2B features

Testing and recommending features for the best solution

Testing various registrations, purchase and checkout flows with CCI’s client to recommend the best solutions that should be furthered designed

Target audience

This project will mainly target routined workers who looks for new technology to improve their experience and the pioneer a more tech savvy user that is always looking for new products to sell.

Prototyping a multiple cart journey

Part of the user test was figuring out which cart seemed the most intuuitive to users.We tested single cart, multi cart and multiple cart.Multiple carts was the clear winner, and was the most practical to implement within CCI’s operations.
