About CCI

CCI is one of the key bottlers in Coca-Cola System. CCI produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) across Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Iraq, Syria and Tajikistan.

Objectives

Strategizing a minimum viable product (MVP) to test the desirability of the marketplace solution. This MVP will be in wireframes format in order to identify desirability and usability issues with the buyers.

Target Audience

This project will mainly target routined workers who looks for new technology to improve their experience and the pioneer a more tech savvy user that is always looking for new products to selll.

The Routined Worker

Generally the owners of small restaurants, they tend to be on-premise. Their main drive for adopting the marketplace is to optimise operations and deliveries

Generally the owners of kiosks, tobacco shops and bakals. Their main drive for adopting the marketplace is to find new products their customers will enjoy
